Anti-helminth drug. Praziquantel is a broad-spectrum anti-fluke and tapeworm drug. After contact with the worm body, it can be quickly absorbed by the worm body. After the cortex of the worm is destroyed, it not only affects the absorption and excretion function of the worm, but also leads to the exposure of the antigen on the surface of the worm, so that it is easy to be attacked by the host immune system and promotes the death of the worm. At the same time, there is a secondary effect, which depolarizes the surface membrane of the worm body, reduces the activity of alkaline phosphatase in the cortex, blocks glucose intake, and depletes endogenous glycogen. It can also inhibit the nucleic acid and protein synthesis of parasites. Pyrantel pamoate is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic drug. By inhibiting the cholinesterase of the worm, it can make the muscles of the worm strongly contract and cause spastic paralysis. Febantyle is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic drug that is a precursor of benzimidazoles. It is transformed into fenbendazole (and its sulfoxide) and oxfendazole in the gastrointestinal tract of animals to exert an effective anthelmintic effect. The prescription of non-bantyr and pyrantel pamoate in this product has a synergistic effect, which makes the anti-nematode spectrum of this product wider, and the prescription of praziquantel and non-bantel and pyrantel pamoate has additive The role of this product is to broaden the anthelmintic spectrum to tapeworms.
